Payment Mode & Processing

MiniKeep only accept atm transfer & i-banking transfer (DBS / POSB).

Do take note that bank transfer from other banks will take a longer processing time.

Payment must be done within 2 days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation Email.


Postage & Handling Charges

* Accessories: Free standard postage (unless otherwise stated)
* Apparels: SGD $1.00
* Gadgets: Postage rate varies.
* Registered Mail Postage: An additional SGD $2.24 on top of standard postage rate.

For standard postage, MiniKeep will not be responsible for any lost mail or damaged goods.

It is advisable that customers opt for registered mail postage.

Items will be mailed within 3 days once payment has been received.

Meet up transactions will only be entertained at Bedok MRT station.


Products Quality Declaration

• Product model no. with prefix 'VC' are Korea VIVICAM products. These types of products belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of VIVICAM series is strictly monitored and controlled. Customers can be worry-free to purchase products from VIVICAM series.

• Product model no. with prefix 'HAN' are Korea HANEE products. These types of products belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of HANEE series is strictly monitored and controlled. Customers can be worry-free to purchase products from HANEE series.

• Product model no. with prefix 'ECA' are Korea ECA products. These types of products belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of ECA series is generally recognised. Customers can be worry-free to purchase products from ECA series.

• Product model no. with prefix 'SG' are Korea SWEET GIRL products. These types of products belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of SWEET GIRL series is generally recognised. Customers can be worry-free to purchase products from SWEET GIRL series.

• Product model no. with prefix 'CO' / 'JXC' are categorised as Magazine Products. These types of products belong to mid-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from magazines. Therefore, the real object may not be 100% exactly the same as the pictures. However, we will take extra measure to ensure the quality is acceptable.

• Colors of products may differ slightly due to the different color resolution of individual computers.

• Due to the fabric’s elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm. MiniKeep cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact.


Price Revision

MiniKeep reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However, for customers who had already made their orders before the price revision, they will be entitled to the previously stated prices.


Exchange & Refunds

No Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made & items sent.

All goods sold are Non-Refundable.
