Ordering Procedure

After receiving your order, an Order Confirmation Email will be sent out to you. Total amount (Product and postage charges) and a local bank transfer account no. will be stated. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.

After payment had been done, please email me the transaction reference no.


Postage & Handling Charges

* Accessories: Free normal postage
* Apparels: SGD $1.00
* Gadgets: Postage rate range from SGD $1.00 onwards.
* Registered Mail Postage: An additional SGD $2.50 on top of regular postage rate.

For normal postage, MiniKeep will not be responsible for any lost mail or damaged goods.

It is advisable that customers opt for registered mail postage.

Items will be mailed within 2 days once payment has been received.

Meet up transactions will only be entertained at Bedok MRT station.
